| Mrs. Ellie Sullens, age 92, of Dahlonega, Ga. died January 5, 2010. Mrs. Sullens was a lifelong resident of Lumpkin county. She was a poultry farmer. Mrs. Sullens was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Lumpkin county for 70 years. She loved to fish and play in the snow and also going to Cherokee, N.C. She was preceded in death by parents; Andrew Jackson Segers and Amanda Roseanna Segers. Husband; Jeff Francis Sullens. Daughter; Louise Sullens. Brothers; R.J.Segers and Hubert J. Segers. Sisters; Estelle Segers, Hassie Payne and Pauline Brown. Nephew: Loyal Brown. Nieces: Shirley Gaddis, Girley Gaddis and Christine Segers. She is survived by Nephews and Nieces: J.D. and Syble Brown, Charles and Barbara Brown, Vernell Cochran and Willie G. Gaddis all of Dahlonega, Ga. Edward Gaddis, Gainesville, Ga,. Loretta Goddard, Snellville, Ga. Larry Segers and Mickie Segers, Monticello, Ga. James Segers, Marietta. Kenneth Segers, Lithonia, Ga. Bruce Gaddis and Alan Gaddis. Jack and Guinell Huffman, North Carolina. Lelia Thacher, Canton, Ga. Special Great Niece and Nephew: Randall and Cindy Barnes. Special Friend: Thomas Lestwick. Sister in law: Eudez Segers, Lithonia. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00am Thursday January 7, 2010 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega. Rev. Roger Dunagan, Rev. Franklin Grant and Rev. Les Fuller will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery in Dahlonega. The Family will receive friends from 3 pm til 9 pm on Wednesday January 6, 2010 at Banister Funeral Home.
