Mr. Scott Franklin “Scotty” Beck, age 33, of Dahlonega, GA died Friday January 8, 2010 at the Atlanta Medical Center from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Mr. Beck is survived by his mother, Marsha Lynn Hope, Dahlonega, GA; father, Lonnie Franklin Beck, Dahlonega, GA; daughter, Ashley Davis, Dahlonega, GA; grandparents, Hazel Beck, Dahlonega, GA, Margina Grizzle, Dahlonega, GA, and Carson Wood, Dahlonega, GA. A number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Beck are scheduled for 2 PM Monday January 11, 2010 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega with Rev. Scott Brown officiating.

Scotty will be laid to rest next to his aunt and uncle, Marie Miles and Dixon Miles at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Lumpkin County.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 11 AM until 2 PM.
