Mr. Harold C. King, age 70, of Dahlonega, GA, died Wednesday, March 16,
2011, at his home from injuries sustained in a tractor accident.
Harold enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with family.
He was an active member at Dahlonega Baptist Church and was a member of CASB and
The Cooper-Green Prayer Group. He was a supporter for the Community Helping Place
and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Harold was the son of the late Clinton Brown King and Marjorie Clements King.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kay King, Dahlonega, GA; daughters and
sons-in-law, Kayanne and David Blackwell, Albany, GA, Suzanne and Matt Watson,
Lawrenceville, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Jan King, Palm City, FL; sister
and brother-in-law, Ruth and Russ Zimmerman, Dahlonega, GA; grandchildren, Keelan
Jenkins, Trevor Watson, Hannah Grace Blackwell, and JD Blackwell;
great-grandaughter, Zoe Jenkins.
Funeral services for Harold are scheduled for 11 AM Saturday, March 19, 2011, at the
Dahlonega Baptist Church.
Rev. Harold Stanfill will officiate.
Interment will follow in Dahlonega Memorial Park Cemetery.
The Family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home on Friday from 6 PM until 9 PM.

Dahlonega, GA 30533.
