Mr. Robert “Dub” Grindle, of Murrayville, GA,
died Sunday, March 6, 2011, at the Gold City
Convalescent Center in Dahlonega.

Mr. Grindle was born in Banks County, GA, and lived
most of his life in Hall County. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was the son of the late Jack and Dora Grindle and was
also preceded in death by brothers, Woodrow and
Claude Grindle; sisters, Bert Grindle, Bonnie Grindle,
Fannie Chambers, Vinnie Allen and Essie Presley.

He is survived by a number of nieces, nephews, and
cousins.        

Funeral services for Mr. Grindle are scheduled for 2 PM
Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at the Banister Funeral
Home Chapel in Dahlonega.

Rev. Marty Murphy and Rev. Josh Murphy will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Holly Springs Baptist Church
Cemetery in Hall County.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on
Monday, March 7, 2011, from 6 PM until 9 PM, all day on
Tuesday, and again on Wednesday until the time of
service.

Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega is in charge of the
arrangements.
