She LOVED her family. She was always so
proud to tell of their many accomplishments
in life. Opal was a tremendous quilter. She
was one of the best cooks that I ever knew.
Two years ago at the Water's reunion at
Wesley Chapel, I asked her to share her
sour crout recipe. She will be greatly
missed by me because she was a great
woman of God and an example for all to
follow. I wish I knew half of what Opal knew
about canning, freezing, and cooking.
